My upcoming April 9, 2025, Protestant prayer bead presentation made front page news in the Elko Daily Free Press on April 1, 2025. The paper’s feature writer, Lydia Snow, came out to my Lamoille studio to interview me about the upcoming event that will be from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm PT at the Elko, Nevada, Chamber of Commerce. She did a great job of condensing her hour-long interview into a fairly comprehensive story. Her pictures, and even a featured video, were exceptional! Unfortunately, access to the article and video on the newspaper’s website may be limited to its subscribers.

That day, I will also be doing a soft local launch my new website, PrayerWithBeads.com. I’ll soon be posting more information about that exciting news in a separate blog post. Basically, I’ve moved my prayer bead products to the new site and kept my artistic creations on my original site, KristiLynGlass.com. On the new site, I am also launching my unique guided prayer videos for use with Protestant prayer beads. I’ll play one of those videos for attendees at my local presentation.
This is only the second time I and others will have the opportunity to view my full inventory of close to 100 Protestant prayer beads, all displayed on several tables by color. The first time was at a similar presentation back in 2022.
This unique event allows attendees to appreciate and handle any of my prayer beads, so they can decide which are especially appealing to them visually and in hand. In my studio and at my other sales events, space limitations sadly confine my beautiful creations to trays, organized by color. Unfortunately, that results in what looks like heaps of dazzling beads, rather than optimal viewing of individual prayer bead sets. The latter opportunity is always available on my website, where each set has a detailed description and several pictures. However, this in-person opportunity is not to be missed, if you are able to attend!

I’ll also be posting an article about the 20 new sets of prayer beads and chaplets I recently created.
